Return Conditions

The buyer has the right to return the purchased products and receive their refund within 14 calendar days from the moment the order was delivered.

The buyer is responsible for all transportation expenses, both for delivery and any potential returns. In the case of returns, the cost of transportation will be deducted from the amount refunded to the buyer (this amount will be transferred to the buyer's bank account, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted).

The product must be returned and properly packaged, either in suitable packaging or in the original packaging (original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation).

In the case of an order involving multiple products ordered by the client in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the client or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the client, physically takes possession of the last product.

The cost of products damaged during transport due to improper packaging in the case of a product return is borne by you.

Bank transfer will be made within a maximum of 14 working days from the moment of confirming the receipt and checking the integrity of the returned package. In this case, the buyer is obliged to provide the IBAN number and the account holder's name.

Return Procedure:

STEP 1

The return is announced in advance by notifying the intention to return in writing or verbally through one of the following two methods: at the email address office@anuro.ro at the phone number 0768 147 478

STEP 2

The customer hands over the package to the courier along with all the documents initially received.

STEP 3

The initially paid amount by the customer will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the complete receipt of the return package at our headquarters. Shipping costs for the return will be deducted from this amount. Transportation costs will be fully paid by the customer.

Package returned without prior notice

In case the return procedure is not followed, and the customer sends the return package without prior notice, we reserve the right to reject the return.

ANURO S.R.L. will always try to resolve any complaint amicably, through understanding between the two parties. In this regard, we provide an email address to which you can direct any complaints or grievances, and we will respond within a maximum of 10 calendar days: office@anuro.ro
